Crystal Regalado, Community Success Manager with Restore Hope, will be our guest at the meeting.

Restore Hope is an Arkansas nonprofit that helps communities achieve better outcomes for families involved with, or at risk of entering, the child welfare and justice systems. We don’t come into a county to add another program. We come in to help a community coordinate the resources it already has.

100 Families is our flagship initiative and the framework that makes that coordination possible. Rather than asking a family in crisis to navigate a dozen disconnected agencies on their own, 100 Families surrounds that family with a coordinated team of local partners — nonprofits, churches, schools, healthcare providers, law enforcement, DCFS, employers, and coalitions like yours. A county Coordinator convenes those partners through a monthly Alliance meeting, and Family Advocates walk alongside individual families. The work spans thirteen areas of need, including housing, employment, transportation, childcare, behavioral health, and substance use treatment. Everything runs through HopeHub, our secure case management platform, where partners post real needs, respond to them, make referrals, and track outcomes together.

The 10:33 Initiative builds on that same model with additional framework, training, technology, and staffing to help communities better coordinate services for families experiencing poverty and for children involved with or at risk of entering foster care.

Where this connects to your work: substance use is one of the most common root causes we encounter in the families we serve, and prevention and recovery are areas where a coalition like Drug Free Ashley is already doing what we’re trying to build. My hope is that we’re not duplicating your efforts but strengthening them — your coalition gains a coordinated referral pathway for the families you identify, and we gain your expertise and relationships.

I’m genuinely looking forward to being in the room, hearing what your coalition is already seeing in Ashley County, and figuring out together how we make this county a better place for its families.
