Ashley County United With Love and Diversity is seeking business sponsorships for the First Annual Juneteenth Backyard Bash. This celebration will be held at the Crossett City Park/Lucas Pond on Monday June 19, 2023 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Unlike previous events for Juneteenth this is a much more personal and educational event. Our focus is to unite all of Ashley County: Hamburg, Wilmot, Fountain Hill, Parkdale, Portland, Montrose & Crossett (West, South, North). The theme is to structure the event as a County-wide celebration with a family backyard atmosphere. There will be family-friendly games for all ages, healthcare screenings, representatives from the NAACP and much more.
We need sponsors from all over Ashley County. This will be a great opportunity for local businesses to reach out to their closest consumers, in an intimate setting and on a hands-on level. Show your community that you support what Juneteenth represents, and you also support this close knit county.
