Agency: Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training (CLEST)
Presentation Topic: Mental Health Crisis and Public Help
Territha is from Hamburg and works as a trainer for law enforcement and communities in crisis intervention. The D-FAC officers and staff have asked her to speak at our July 11 meeting. The information she will share will be helpful in building bridges in our community with law enforcement personnel, youth, and adults. We know that mental health issues are definitely intertwined with substance abuse.
