Talk, They Hear You

Substance Abuse And Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA) us a government agency devoted to leading public health efforts to advance the behavioral health of the nation. Part of their efforts are in the areas of “Substance Use” which includes “Substance Use Prevention“. As part of their efforts, they conduct campaigns, events and observances. One of the current activities they are conducting is the “Talk, They Hear You” underage drinking campaign.
